The Skills topic displays the skills that are currently assigned to a person, and also lets you assign new skills.

Skills are used when assigning work order tasks. First you assign a task to a skill, and then any person who has that skill can accept the task.

Before you can assign a skill to a person, the skills list must be defined by your administrator.
